All physical parameters reported in product specification are controlled periodically and all physical analysis like berry count, rate of damaged berry, rate of mouldy berry, rate of sugared berry and foreign matter controls are carried out with grate care and non-confirmities are sorted.
Moisture analysis is measured by DFA method.
Ochratoxin-A analysis, total viable count and microbiological yeast & mould count analysis can be carried out in Microbiological Analysis Laboratory.
